The ultimate goal of Reimagine Our Community, Inc

Reimagine Our Community, Inc aims to improve health outcomes for MSM, Trans and non bi-nary persons at high risk of contracting HIV/AIDS and for those newly diagnosed with HIV or out of care, increase access to culturally competent care and improve health outcomes for MSM, Trans and non bi-nary persons living in Texas and surrounding states.

Reimagine Our Community, Inc provides primary care through telehealth, pharmacy, vision and dental services. With our telehealth technology in addition to serving our community where we live, work and serve we are now able to serve communities in rural areas who are normally left out.

Mission Statement

At ROC, we work to support Houston's LGBTQIA+ population, especially those living with HIV, through outreach, partnerships, health services, and social justice activism.

Vision Statement

It is our Vision to be a devoted voice for Houston's LGBTQIA+ community, committed to promoting a better, more inclusive future. Our goal is to persistently address and resolve the health, wellness, and social justice problems that afflict populations most severely by HIV. With passion, knowledge, and a firm belief in everyone's right to health and dignity, we provide outstanding Sexual Health and Harm Reductive services in an effort to bring about this future.

In an effort to build a strong network of support and care that goes well beyond our organization, we aggressively seek out collaborations and community partnerships. Our programs and initiatives always seek to inform, increase awareness, and eradicate stigmas that affect LGBTQUIA+ communities.
